It uses a different sample dataset from the core set, so the two are read separately.

With only a trial balance, how do you produce monthly statements that reconcile?

FP&A is financial planning and analysis. Start from the three principles below, then use what the reports show to identify causes and make clearer business decisions.
A value of 1,000 in a THB-thousands table means one million baht. One month's result is not a full-year total.
Revenue above budget is generally favourable. Costs above budget need investigation. A positive variance is not always good news.
Goods sold may not be collected yet, and goods bought may not have sold. Adjust the example alongside to see the effect on cash.
Using August revenue of 10.921 million baht to show how collection time relates to cash.
Learning example: assume stable revenue, all sales on credit, a 31-day month and everything else unchanged. Additional AR = Revenue ÷ 31 × Extra days. This is an isolated sensitivity, not a full forecast recalculation.

Documentation describes prior checks, including recalculation in Microsoft Excel, and limitations to review before using company data.
While developing the working-capital tool the working assumption was that higher sales would reduce cash. Moving sales alone to 130% instead raised closing cash by 4.33 million baht. Only with receivable days extended to 75 did cash fall, by 11.61 million. The page copy was corrected to match what the model shows.

This is a generic starting structure. Companies have different account mappings, calendars, costs and KPIs, so adapt it before using it as a recurring management pack.
The language versions and individual report files are independent. Choose a working master and refresh related data consistently.
Check units, dates, version names, formula ranges and the Checks sheet. Adding products, departments, assets or periods may require changes to formulas and controls, not just new rows.

Every formula was recalculated in both LibreOffice and Microsoft Excel desktop against an independent reference calculation. Thai and English workbooks agree, and there are no macros or external links. Details are in the pack's verification report.
